At our pharmacy, we’re proud to offer the NHS Pharmacy First Service – your fast and convenient way to access expert healthcare advice and treatment for common conditions, without needing to see a GP.

Whether you walk in or are referred by NHS 111 or your GP surgery, our highly trained pharmacists are here to help. We can offer clinical advice, recommend over-the-counter medicines, and even prescribe treatments for certain conditions under NHS guidelines – all free of charge for eligible patients.

We can help with common conditions treated under Pharmacy First:

Sinusitis (age 12+)

Sore throat (age 5+)

Earache (age 1–17)

Infected insect bites (age 1+)

Impetigo (age 1+)

Shingles (age 18+, within 72 hours of rash)

Uncomplicated UTIs in women (ages 16–64, non-pregnant)
